DUROCUT PAL cutting wheel is suitable for cutting expansion joints in fresh concrete floors. The diamond segments of the cutting blade are specially developed to cut concrete floors of 2-3 days. The average lifespan is 75 m². That means that a cutting disc – supposing a depth of 7.5 cm – can cut 1000 m of expansion joints. The smaller is the depth, the longer joint can be cut with one blade.
