DUROSEALER - Low viscosity, polyurethane varnish for concrete

DUROSEALER is suitable for porous and non-porous surfaces, old and new concrete floors impregnation.

PRODUCT DECRIPTION

Because of its extremely low viscosity and uniform film forming ability DUROSEALER has an excellent impregnating property with any surface, whether high or low porosity, or even closed (for eg. glass and metals). In addition, it can be efficiently used both on dry both fresh concrete floor. The lacquer coating has extremely good mechanical properties: the possible elongation of more than 300%, the tensile strength greater than 40 N/mm².

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

100–200 g/m2 depending on the substrate porosity.

AREAS OF USE

  • Industrial floors
  • Color finishes
  • Monolithic concrete
  • For interior and exterior concrete surfaces
  • Cement mortars, plasters

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • One component
  • Low viscosity
  • Easy to apply, even on wet concrete
  • High adhesive strength, even on smooth, closed surfaces
  • Excellent soaking, impregnating and coating layer
  • Elastic
  • Cost-effective solution for concrete protecting

INSTALLATION

Clean the surface, preferably a high-pressure washer. Remove oil, grease and wax contaminants. Laitance, loose particles, mold release agents and curing membranes must be removed. DUROSEALER can be applied with a brush, mop, roller or spray. Drying time is 12 to 24 hours depending on the temperature. It is recommended to apply DUROSEALER in two coats.

CLEANING

Tools and equipment can be cleaned with paper and synthetic thinner. Mops, rollers cannot be used again.

STORAGE

In original, unopened packaging minimum 12 months dry shelf life at a temperature of 5-25°C. Once opened, use it as soon as possible.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

It contains volatile, flammable solvents. Use in well ventilated areas. Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the application environment. Use fans and activated carbon cartridge respirator mask inside a room. Remember that the solvent is heavier than the air, so it
descends down. For more information ask for the product safety data sheet.
